What makes this Project special?

The 'Takhte-Tavous' project is located on 630-square-meter land at Motahari Street and Sohravardi Street, one of Tehran's bustling areas. The project comprises six basement and 15 above-ground floors, with a commercial office function. The lateral load-resisting system of the structure incorporates a steel Intermediate moment frame. The diaphragm system utilizes a composite slab.  Due to the unique architecture of the project, notable structural features include large cantilevers braced with steel shear walls, trusses between floors, Inclined columns, two-branched columns, etc.
