What makes this Project special?

The 'Takhte-Tavous' project is located on a 630-square-meter land at the intersection of Motahari Street and Sohravardi Street, one of Tehran's bustling areas. The project consists of six basement floors and 15 above-ground floors, with a commercial-office function. The lateral load resisting system of the structure incorporates steel Intermediate moment frame. The diaphragm system utilizes composite slab.  Due to the unique architecture of the project, notable structural features include large cantilevers braced with steel shear walls, truss between floors, Inclined column, two-branched columns, etc.
